H3K27me3 peptide

Synthetic peptide corresponding to the region of human histone H3 containing the trimethylated lysine 27. 
This peptide was used as immunogen to raise the ChIP-grade Diagenode crude serum directed against H3K27me3 (Cat. No. pAb-069-100). The same peptide can be used to block this antibody in negative control experiments.
