Synthetic peptide corresponding to the region of human histone H3 containing the monomethylated lysine 36.
This peptide was used as immunogen to raise the ChIP-grade Diagenode crude serum directed against H3K36me1 (Cat. No. CS-089-100). The same peptide can be used to block this antibody in negative control experiments.
