Synthetic peptide derived from the region of human histone H3 containing the dimethylated lysine 79.
This peptide was used as immunogen to raise the ChIP-grade Diagenode antibody directed against H3K79me2 (cat# CS-051-100). The same peptide can be used to block this antibody in negative control experiments.
